Vacation Bible School 2025 Registration Form

Join us for VBS June 16-20 from 9:00AM until 12:00PM each day in the All Saints Center. "Road Trip" is a unique Vacation Bible School program which takes children on an exciting journey where they learn to trust God no matter what situation life brings, know God is always with them, and feel confident in sharing the good news of God's love through Jesus Christ. Rising 4K-3rd graders will participate in traditional VBS activities in the All Saints Center. Rising 4th-6th graders will go into the community to share the love of God through various service projects.

Registration fee of $65 per child (in your family) is waived for full-week VBS volunteers. If you are volunteering as a classroom leader or helper for the week, please contact Cara Horn at chorn@ccgsc.org for a waiver code prior to registering your children.

I hereby give permission for the child I am registering to participate in Christ Church sponsored activities for the period of 06/16/2025 through 6/20/2025. I further agree to hold harmless Christ Church, its officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any claims, actions, or causes of action whatsoever for participation in activities with Christ Church on and off campus. In the event of an emergency, I hereby authorize Christ Churchs agent or administrators to take necessary steps to obtain emergency medical care including, but not limited to the following: (1) attempting to contact me at the telephone numbers provided or to contact such other persons as may be designated as an emergency contact; (2) attempting to contact any physician designated; (3) if such contact cannot be reasonably made, and/or if deemed necessary, sponsors agent or administrator is authorized to proceed to procure emergency medical services, including execution of any and all documents, including medical releases, as may be required by any licensed medical facility or physician to perform necessary emergency care on my behalf.
