Vacation Bible School 2024 Registration Form

Join us for VBS on June 17-21 from 9:30AM until 12:30PM each day in the All Saints Center. Our theme this year is "Camp Firelight." Children in rising 4K-3rd grade will participate in a traditional VBS activities, exploring timeless Bible stories that demonstrate how people trusted God in the face of their own fears and went on to do great things in God's name. Children in rising 4th-6th grade will go into the Greenville community, participating in service projects at several agencies during the week.

Registration fee of $60 per child (in your family) is waived for full-week VBS volunteers. If you are volunteering as a classroom leader or helper for the week, please contact Cara Horn at chorn@ccgsc.org prior to registering your children, to receive a waiver code.

Safeguarding Training for volunteers *

I hereby give permission for the child I am registering to participate in Christ Church sponsored activities for the period of 06/17/2024 through 6/21/2024. I further agree to hold harmless Christ Church, its officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any claims, actions, or causes of action whatsoever for participation in activities with Christ Church on and off campus. In the event of an emergency, I hereby authorize Christ Churchs agent or administrators to take necessary steps to obtain emergency medical care including, but not limited to the following: (1) attempting to contact me at the telephone numbers provided or to contact such other persons as may be designated as an emergency contact; (2) attempting to contact any physician designated; (3) if such contact cannot be reasonably made, and/or if deemed necessary, sponsors agent or administrator is authorized to proceed to procure emergency medical services, including execution of any and all documents, including medical releases, as may be required by any licensed medical facility or physician to perform necessary emergency care on my behalf.
