Come and celebrate your Body, Mind & Spirit with Chair Yoga, taught by Instructor Doug Kawakami ERYT-500, YACEP. Chair Yoga is a gentle, low-impact class appropriate for all fitness levels. Using the support of a chair, participants will explore breath awareness, flexibility, balance, and strength in a safe and accessible way. This class encourages mindful movement, gentle stretching, and a deeper connection to your body—meeting you exactly where you are. A typical class may include seated and supported standing movements to improve mobility, posture, and balance, along with calming meditations to help regulate the nervous system. All are welcome. $35 for entire 6-week series.
